The following applicants have requested an Order of Conditions: 

9 Scallop Terrace, Robert A. & Julie D. Napolitano, Map 15A Parcel 9C-H143, SE 10-3651. Remove the existing structure onsite and construct a new dwelling and two decks. The applicant has requested a continuance to April 3, 2024. 

The following applicants have submitted a Notice of Intent:
