IV.  Public Hearing, 7:10pm Major Site Plan Review application for K. William Krikorian for a 55,000+/- square-foot new mixed-use building to provide a total of 43 housing units and commercial/business uses at the South Street-street level, for property located at 550 South Street (Parcel 030-230) (Continued from August 2, 2023)

V. New Business:  a) Review and discussion on potential for Downtown Zoning-related and Battery Energy Storage Systems zoning bylaw amendments for the October 2023 Town Meeting

VI. Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, October 4, 2023) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and the October 2023 Town Meeting Zoning Bylaw Amendments Warrant Articles and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential for alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
