6:00 PM Public Hearing - Proposed Town Bylaw: Will be held by the Select Board on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. to review an amendment to the Town Code by adding a new bylaw defining the appointment, duties and responsibilities for the Town Administrator position.
6:30 PM Public Hearing - Nuisance Dog Hearing: In accordance with the provisions of MGL C. 140 s.157 and Barre Bylaw C. 11 s. 13, a Public Hearing will be held by the Select Board on Monday, May 15, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. to determine if a dog at 160 Valley Road, Barre, MA 01005 is a potentially dangerous or nuisance dog.
