(1) Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetlands Protection Act, that a public meeting will be held on a Request for Determination of Applicability requested by Caruso Construction Corp. for construction of single-family house, well and septic system on a 0.70-acre lot and removal of existing mobile home at property located at 587 Pleasant Street, Assessors Map B, Parcel 101 @ 7 p.m.

(2) Tracy McDonald - Pleasant Street - Building a house  @ 7:15 p.m.

(3) NOI - Wheelwright Dam Removal - 
Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Massachusetts General Law,
Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetlands Protection Act, that a public hearing will be
held on a Notice of Intent for Ecological Restoration Project for a Restoration
Order of Conditions and meet the general Eligibility Criteria 310 CMR 10.13 (1),
Section C1 and the Additional Eligibility Criteria for the Ecological Restoration
Project type 310 CMR 10.13 (2) through (7), section C2 for the Wheelwright Dam
Removal Project @ 7:30

(4) Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Massachusetts General Law,
Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetlands Protection Act, that a public hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent requested by Thomas Donahue to build a barn and maintain an existing access road to support the agricultural activities of North Road Farm LLC for property located at 287 Chapman Road Assessors Map H, Parcel 550. Recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds Book 23166, Page 0398. @ 7:45 p.m.
