The Applicant seeks to enlarge, extend, or change a nonconforming dwelling on a conforming lot via the demolition of the existing dwelling, garage and shed and the construction of a new dwelling, guest house and shed. Also proposed is the expansion of the driveway. The existing dwelling is nonconforming in that it is located 25.4 feet from the road and partially within the Conservancy District. The existing garage is nonconforming in that it is located 22.6 feet from the road and partially within the Conservancy District. The existing shed is nonconforming in that it is located 6.7 feet from the road and partially within the Conservancy District.
