2. Approve Meeting Minutes from June 8, 2023

3. Continue discussion regarding the need for an amendment to the town bylaws to change the mandatory CPC member size from 9 to 5. Consider information gained by Linda from the Community Preservation Coalition re their experience and recommendations for wording an article to make this change. 

4. Continue discussion re planning an annual CPC public hearing informing and inviting the public to apply for a CPC grant. Review of language proposed for a public notice for this hearing, and chose a date for the hearing. Discuss additional ways to publicize this hearing and encourage interest in community housing.

5. Continue discussion relative to re-organization of CPC officers.
