Monday, May 9, 6:30 p.m. call meeting to order
Review minutes from Monday, April 11, 2022. Motion to accept by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants dated dated 4/14/22, 4/28/22.
Ratify Library Expense FY22 warrants dated 4/14/22, 4/28/22.
Ratify Library Utilities FY22 warrants dated 4/14/22, 4/28/22.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, dated 4/14/22, 4/28/22.
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants dated 4/14/22, 4/28/22.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by RM, SH 2nd, all voted in favor.
Library
FY23 Budget review and discussion of submitted documents. Carol Plumb, Brenda Metterville and Rebecca Morin will attend the Advisory Board meeting, Thursday, March 16 at 7:15 pm. We met and some of our line items were approved. Brenda sent corrected Material line to Tom for approval. The Advisory Board approved a level funded payroll, Town Administrator approved a 2.5% increase.
350 Anniversary! March 30 they will create committees at Oakholm, Shelby, Rebecca, and Erica attended. Eight major events, one a month and polling to pick events. 40 people attended.
Shelby, Erica and Rebecca attended the initial meeting to see the scope of this anniversary celebration. The meeting was Tuesday, February 22. Please update us. Fundraising is the focus this year. Cow Chip, water ski show, cow chip contest. Oakholm is hosting some fundraising events.
Brenda and the staff are drafting a Library Employee Emergency Procedures. It is required by law to have this document and practice at least once a year. We have a training with Chief Mike Blanchard, Tuesday, May 10 at 11:00 a.m. Brenda had A to Z Integrated Security add a mobile panic button for the circulation staff due to how vulnerable staff are in that area, $249.00
Library Annex
Jakob Lanne is in fund raising phase of his Eagle Scout Project. And will have started construction Friday, May 6 and continue onto Saturday May 7. 15 Scouts will assist him.
A line item for 18 Common Street will be added as an Expense Account for $6000. At the ATM.
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our next meeting.
