Discuss/Possible Vote on FY25 Town Administrator Goals 
Discuss/Possible Vote on ARPA Funding (short memo update on how to spend the funding post 12/31/24 based on new guidelines from Treasury).
Set the date, time and location for Special Town Meeting - December 9, 2024
Discuss/Possible Vote on Conservation Commission Request for a portion of the funding from the Riverbridge Development Agreement in exchange for modifying the Conservation Restriction
Discuss/Vote on old Fire Station and Former Rescue building (restore or demolish)
Consideration of a request for a change of date to Saturday, October 5, 2024, for the Voluntary Toll Road Fundraiser previously approved by the Board and submitted by the Berlin Lions Club
