Motion to ratify vouchers submitted for payment;

Motion by 2nd. Vote all approved with no discussion.
Review and approve Amendments to Director and and Assistant Director Contracts.
Discussion, edit, approve policies listed. Behavior Policy and Procedures, Borrowing Policy, Bulletin Board, and Child Safety Policy. Placed on hold until our January 2024 Meeting.
All salaries for FY 25 are due to the Town Administrator before Thanksgiving this year. The Federal COLA for 2024 is 3.2%, This is the number used to submit salaries for FY25. Brenda did not meet this deadline and submitted on Wednesday, December 20. Director’s contract needs a review, it is amended to reflect raise voted on at town meeting June 2023.

Jeppson grant Miss Shanna Preschool program Fridays, 11:30-noon
Chess club, Fridays 3:30-4:30 pm
Library Annex:
Some changes are being made with volunteers assisting.
Phil Chaffee, Electrician fixed several light switches, and will install new garage door opener (under the barn).
Matt assisted with the installation of the dusk to dawn timed LED lights on the Annex and one was installed over the ramp door at the library.
Painting estimates are needed for FY25 budget, the barn and north side of house need painting.
Garage door opener is being replaced, Phil Chaffee was called to change out several light switches.
Motion to adjourn at pm motion 2nd, all voted in favor.
Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, February 7 at 6:30 pm, unless otherwise voted.
