Winchendon Forest LLC Property – Right of First Refusal

M.G.L. Chapter 61, Section 8
The Ashburnham Select Board will hold a public hearing in the 2nd floor auditorium Town Hall,
32 Main Street, on Monday, December 11, 2023 at 6:30pm, under Massachusetts General Laws
Chapter 61, Section 8, to consider whether the Select Board should assign the Town’s right of
first refusal with respect to land along Winchendon Border (Parcels 5-2 & 44-42) owned by
Winchendon Forest, LLC. Anyone wishing to make comments is encouraged to attend.
