6:35 PM Notice of Intent (NOI) – 10 Spruce Drive. The proposed project involves the
construction of a new single family house. The work also includes installation of a driveway,
septic system and a connection to the municipal water system. Some of this work is proposed to
occur within the buffer zone associated with a wetland area that borders an intermittent stream
that flows into Sunset Lake.
6:45 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 64 Saari Camp Road.
The project involves the demolition of the existing house and the construction of a new house,
portions of which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Lower Naukeag Lake.
6:55 PM Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA) – 1 Brook Road (Lot 95).
The project involves the limited clearing of a forested area to install a dock, portions of which
will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Lake Watatic.
