TOWN OF ESSEX PLANNING BOARD AGENDA –July 6, 2022 The Public Meeting of the Planning Board is to be held at the Essex Town Hall, 2nd Floor Stage, 30 Martin Street and will commence at 7:00 PM 

BUILDING INSPECTOR’S REPORT: Town of Essex, 30 Martin Street, 128-001 • The Building Inspector requested the review of a Building Permit application # 22-20 for 30 Martin Street for the placement of a prefabricated 16x30 shed, on a slab, to house an antique fire pumper. 84 Choate Street, 115-025 Stephen Stone • Building Permit application #22-22. Review of an application for a foundation. 

- BOARD REVIEW:A ANR, 42 Western Ave. Lucinda Foley, Kopanon Family Trust, Map 129-001 • Application and plan to divide property into two lots. Lots 1&2 have frontage on a public way (Western Avenue).
