The following applicant has requested an Amended an Order of Conditions:

65 Sears Road, Sears Point Summer, LLC, Map 11A Parcel 2-J14, SE 10-3518 (Amended OOC). Proposed addition is being reduced in size, porch will be exchanged for trellis, front entry will include a porch, changes to the walkway and steps, side walkway is being removed, shifting rinse station to be outside of the NDZ & trash enclosure is being relocated.

85 Mill Pond Road, Robert Duncanson, Ph. D., Town of Chatham, Map 15C Parcel 0-85, SE 10-. Pumping station upgrade.   

0 David’s Lane, Chatham Conservation Foundation, Map 10A Parcel 2A, SE 10-. Flush cut previously pruned trees in the view easement area & restore the management area with native shrubs that will not include maintenance to maintain views. 

Restoration Order:  

93 Orleans Road, William & Carmel Ferguson, Map 15H Parcel 1-14. Unauthorized tree and vegetation removal in Conservation Jurisdiction.  

The following applicant has submitted a Request for Determination of Applicability: 

Various Locations, Town of Chatham, see list for map and parcels, R-23-9. Construction of a gravity and/or low-pressure sewer and appurtenances along portions of the roads noted, Work to be constructed within the road right-of-way and under the existing road surface or in the shoulder. Trench to be opened and closed the same day. Restoration of road surface within existing paved limits.

45 Old Harbor Lane, Salt Meadow Limited Partnership, Map 16I Parcel 6-MR1, SE 10-. Invasive management & restoration of a 29,000 square foot area.
