The proposed work involves the enlargement of an existing dwelling.  Work will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of Sunset Lake.  

6:55 PM   Request for Determination of Applicability (RDA)- Lakeshore Drive
The proposed work consists of the re-construction of a portion of the existing roadway within the existing footprint, which will occur within the 100-foot buffer zone of bordering vegetated wetlands.
