| Agenda: | The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on Tuesday, April 4, 2023 at 7:15 PM. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room. Essex Conservation Commission Clifford Ageloff, Co-Chair Kevin Cooke, Co-Chair Agenda Introduction of proposed Essex Conservation Bylaw. This item will be open to public comment. Administrative: •Review Requests for Certificate(s) of Compliance (if any) •Agent/Administrative Clerk Report on Citizen Inquiries •Review and approve Minutes Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Chairman within 48 hours of the meeting.
