Scheduled appts-
a. In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 2234 and 5330 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Tuesday, June 7, 2022 at 6:30 pm regarding a Special Permit application for 419 East Main Street, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 112, Lot 13) in Zone A(c) by applicant LVF Corp, 1 Equestrian Drive, North Reading, MA 01864 and property owner Leonard V. Forziati, of the same address as the applicant for: operation of an automobile repair shop and Massachusetts Inspection Station.
Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and subsequent extension of this law until April 2022, which allows virtual meetings until July 15, 2022 this hearing will be conducted via teleconference. Meeting participation instructions can be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Orange site http://www.mytowngovernment.org/01364 under the Planning Board section. The application may be reviewed by submitting a request to the Planning Board Office by emailing the office at planning@townoforange.org.
