Monday, June 13, 6:30 p.m. call meeting to order at the library 6:35 p.m.
Review minutes from Monday, May 9, 2022. Motion to accept by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants dated 5/12/2022 and 5/26/2022.
Ratify Library Expense FY22 warrants dated 5/12/2022 and 5/26/2022.
Ratify Library Utilities FY22 warrants dated 5/12/2022 and 5/26/2022.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, dated 5/12/2022 and 5/26/2022.
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants dated 5/12/2022 and 5/26/2022.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by , 2nd, all voted in favor.
Library
Art and Elizabeth Jay have donated $3000. to the Friends of the Library.
Review ATM.
We have continued issues with leaks and water damage. The insurance adjuster has been updated, but they are not responsive. The roofer has not heard from the adjuster to get approval to schedule the work that needs to be done. Shelby will follow-up on this with the insurance company. The new damage will need to be repaired after the roof is fixed.
Four cameras were added to the library, A to Z wired the system with a monitor and four cameras were installed in 18 Common Street.
350 Anniversary! The last meeting was canceled. We are waiting on a new date. The Friends will vote on a proposal for them to take on the fundraising/finances for the 350th under their 501(c)(3). They voted no.
Library Annex
Jakob Lanne has almost finished his Eagle Scout project. There will not be a ribbon cutting ceremony according to Jakob.
A line item for 18 Common Street will be added as an Expense Account for $6000. At the ATM.
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our June meeting.
Reasonable accommodations for people with disabilities are available upon request. Although every attempt will be made to provide the accommodation with less than seven days’ notice, it may not be possible.
Next Trustees meeting is Monday, July 11 at 6:30 p.m. or we can vote to cancel summer meetings.
