The following applicants have filed a Notice of Intent: 

240 & 438 George Ryder Road & 1652 Main Street, Chatham Municipal Airport, Maps 9F(240), 10G(438), 8E(1652 Main) Parcels 0-2(240), 18-K1(438), 53-27(1652 Main), SE 10-3658. The proposed project includes vegetation management required to remove obstructions within navigable airspace in compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations. The applicant has requested a continuance to February 14, 2024.

The following applicant has requested an Order of Conditions: 

18 Pine Drive, Kimberly Bollus, Map 6C parcel J11, SE 10-3648. Demolition of an existing dwelling & construction of a new single-family dwelling.  

344 Fox Hill Road, Edward M. Fitzgerald & Susan j. Fitzgerald Revocable Trust, Map 11M Parcel 2-6. SE 10-3663. Proposed reinforced salt marsh and fiber roll array, invasive species removal and installation of native vegetation.

The following applicant has requested an Extension to an Order of Conditions: 

255 Seapine Road, Kristen Bratberg, Map 12K Parcel HC18, SE 10-3453. Replace patio, steps & invasive plant management. Extension requested to allow plantings sufficient time for survival. 

The following applicant has submitted a Field Change Request:

The following applicants were issued an Enforcement Order:   

77 Geranium Drive, The Lawrence P. Capodilupo Revocable Trust, Map 8D Parcel 17-R2. Unauthorized removal of vegetation in the resource area.  

The following applicant has requested a Certificate of Compliance: 

210 Fox Hill Road, Karl W. & Lori E. Hick, Map 10L Parcel M3, SE 10-3474. New single-family dwelling with driveway, I/A septic system, pool & mitigation. Was issued a partial for all except drainage in 2021.
