1. 7:00 PM Call to order.
2. Review the minutes of the previous meeting.
3. Review the status of the Petersham Memorial Library's decision to activate its dormant Matrix Broadband connection to provide enhanced service for Library patrons.
4. Review the status of the Town's decision to install a seperate Matrix connection for the Petersham Town Hall. Town Hall coverage to date has been a limited courtesy connection provided by Matrix at the time of the initial Broadband installation several years ago.
5. Review any significant Broadband outages which may have occurred during the fourth quarter of 2023.
6. Review the status of the Matrix Broadband extension into limited areas in the Town of Barre.
7. Questions and comments from the audience.
8. Set the date and time for the Board's next meeting.
