Agenda: | The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on January 30, 2024 at 7:15 PM. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided in this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at https://www.essexma.org/conservation-commission. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law.
