• Attendance:
• Review of Minutes of Meeting for November 10, 2021 & December 6, 2022
• Pay Bills: Eversource $30.00 paid on 12/12/2022         
• Old Business:
1. New signs for Conant Park, order second sign for East Street side, approximate cost is $2,200.  CPA funds were approved.  CPA balance $347.00.  Install sign reading that the Pickleball Courts are closed from December to March 15th to be paid by Senior Center. 
2. PARC grant, update on the design & cost for ADA accessible path at Conant Park.  GZA has met with Board of Health regarding drainage from splash pad, now looking at Misting Pad that only uses 0.1 gallons per minute of water.  Looking for Community fund raising.   
3. Angel statue at Crossroads Park ongoing project.  Have additional names, check with Jackie Sears.  Prepare plans for additional pavers & walkway.
4. Conant Park and Labrie Field, field use applications and payments, received check from Easthampton Friends of Football Association in the amount of $1,245.  Need to updated Playing Field and Facility Permit Policy & user fees.  
5. Labrie Field House continue discussion on construction of field house foundation, septic system, & concrete pads. Irrigation System (install well?) and Field Repairs.  Additional needs are a parking rail fence, bulletin board & benches and other improvements.
6. Master Plan Implementation Committee, Open Space & Recreational Committee, update from Paula or Dan.
7. New Playground Equipment at Conant Park, $200,000in CPA monies & $150,000 in ARPA funds in the amount of $350,000.00 for new project.  Bill Canon has agreed to prepare plans at no cost to the Town.
8. ARPA funds approved in the amount of $25,000.00 for repairs to tennis courts and Basketball Court surface repairs.  ARPA funds were approved for Master Plan of Conant Park in the amount of $8,000.00. 
9. Update of painting of bathrooms at Conant Park Pavilion, new unisex signs to be installed on both doors.
10. Fountain at Conant Park, funds to cover operating costs.
