MBLC State Aid reports have both been completed and submitted by deadlines of September 24.
We received a Jeppson Grant GWCF for discretionary use. The amount $2287.50. This will be deposited in our Town Jeppson account. We are purchasing play items for the children’s room. ( we took all the old play items out during Covid)
Upcoming events:
The Friends of the Library fundraiser will run through October 28.
Friends Ruth Bader Ginsburg will be performed Tuesday November 2 at 6:30 pm
Friends George Hirtle will present his metal detector finds from the Brookfield area.
Jeppson grant Miss Shanna Preschool program Fridays, 11:30-noon
Chess club, Fridays 3:30-4:30
Library Annex:
Some changes are being made with volunteers assisting.
Matt fixed railing at stairs to Annex
Painting estimates are needed for FY25 budget, the barn and north side of house need painting.
Garage door opener is being replaced, Phil Chaffee was called to change out several light switches.
Request for ADA assistance to attend the meeting….
