6:30 Public Hearing: In accordance with the provisions of Section 22, Chapter 166 of the Massachusetts General Laws, you are hereby notified that a public hearing will be held at the Hardwick Town Administration Building, 307 Main Street at 6:30PM on the 15th day of February 2022 on the petition of National Grid and Verizon to locate poles, wires and fixtures along and across one or more public ways located on Lower Road in the Town of Hardwick

Continuation: Pole Hearing; Church Street

4. EXECUTIVE SESSION: #3. To discuss strategy with respect to collective bargaining or litigation if an open meeting may have a detrimental effect on the government’s bargaining or litigating position. Also, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with non-union personnel; to actually conduct collective bargaining and contract negotiations with non-union personnel. Adjournment therefrom.
