(1) Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Massachusetts General Laws, Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetlands Protection Act, that a public meeting will be held on a Request for Determination of Applicability requested by Ann Marie Macintosh for a subsurface sewage disposal system at property located at 225 Hubbardston Road, Assessors Map E, Lot 205 @ 7:00 p.m.

Notice is hereby given in accordance with the Massachusetts General Law, 
Chapter 131, Section 40, The Wetlands Protection Act, that a public hearing will be held on a Notice of Intent requested by New England Power d/b/a National Grid for existing electric distribution asset replacements and installations along Williamsville Road, portion of the work occur within the 100-foot buffer zone located on Williamsville Road, recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds Book 2837, Page 0135 @ 7:15 p.m.

(3)Notice of Intent, Continued for Wheelwright Dam Removal Ecological Restoration Project for a Restoration Order of Conditions and meet the general Eligibility Criteria 310 CMR 10.13 (1), Section C1 and the Additional Eligibility Criteria for the Ecological Restoration Project type 310 CMR 10.13
