b. Discuss/Sign Leicester Regional Public Health Coalition (LRPHC) Intermunicipal Agreement (Public Health Excellence Grant)
3) Transfer Station: Discuss/Approve documents for Request for Proposals (RFP) for next Solid Waste Management Contract for Transfer Station FY'25-27. 
4) Title V Plan Revision: Local Upgrade Approval- 12 Pleasant Street (Variance to 310 CMR 15.211 (1) The proposed septic absorption system (SAS) does not meet the required setback from a foundation. 20 feet required; 10 feet provided. (n/f owner)
