Information regarding the vote on 4/24 by the BOS to rescind the closing of the Annex. The building is reopened to the town committees for meeting space.
The Brookfield Town Meeting, Thursday, June 6 at 6:30 in the Brookfield Elementary School (behind the building is parking and entrance).

Brenda is meeting with contractors regarding ADA grant to convert barn to meeting and program space, renovate downstairs bathroom t o ADA requirements. Discussion on barn ADA entrance and rnd exit for emergencies..
Upcoming Library events:
Miss Shanna will hold her “Preschool Program'' on Fridays from 11:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. This program is funded by the Jeppson Grant.
The Chess Club will meet every Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Alison O’Leary will present “The Best Small Museums in Massachusetts” on Thursday, May 2 at 6:00 p.m.
Diane Buzzell will present “The Artist, the Farmer, the Hunter, and the Good Guy: True Stories of Their Life Together” on Thursday, May 30 at 6:00 p.m.
Library Annex:
Brenda has scheduled a series of meetings with contractors for the ADA grant opening May 1.
Grant writing to assess the ADA requirements; Pioneer Valley grant for community anchor property on the Historic Register.
Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5 at 6:30 pm, at 2 Lincoln Street.
