Ceremony, mic’d officiant, keyboard, singer. Cocktail hour playlist via Bluetooth speaker. Reception 6 piece band, Wilson Stevens Group (wedding tunes). 7:00 p.m. Public Hearing regarding a request for a One-Day Entertainment License by Essex County Greenbelt Association, Inc., Jane Rumrill, for use on Friday, June 10, 2022, between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:30 p.m. within the confines of the Cox Reservation at 82 Eastern Avenue, six piece rock/bluegrass band (Labor in Vain) outside under a tent, small, 2-speaker sound system. OTHER BUSINESS: • Vote to authorize the Chairman to sign the following grant applications when the applications are completed by the Town Planner: Downtown Placemaking Plan Grant and Off-Season Event Series Grant. • Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline. REMINDERS: • The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, June 6, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference area of the Town Hall, 30 Martin Street.
