a. In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 2234 and 5300 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold a virtual Public Hearing, Monday, June 27, 2022 at 6:30 pm regarding a Special Permit application for 5 East Main St, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 107, Lot 28) in the CARD zone by applicant David Gray, 5 East Main St, Orange, MA 01604 and property owner Main St Apartments, PO Box 2235 Brattleboro, VT, 05303 for: installation of an arcade.
Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and subsequent extension of this law until April 2022, which allows virtual meetings until July 15, 2022, this hearing will be conducted via teleconference. Meeting participation instructions can be found on the meeting agenda posted on the Town of Orange site http://www.mytowngovernment.org/01364 under the Planning Board section. The application may be reviewed by submitting a request to the Planning Board Office by emailing the office at planning@townoforange.org. This notice is also published electronically on www.atholdailynews.com and on www.masspublicnotices.org.

Moore Avenue, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 250, Lot 4) in Zone B by applicant Canna Select Holdings, LLC, 100 Photikon Drive, Fairport, NY 14450 and property owner MJ Management Services, Inc, 38 Church St, Winchester, MA 01890 for: the construction of an adult use Cannabis Cultivation Facility building with associated site improvements.
