The following applicants have submitted a Notice of Intent: 

67 Capri Lane, Minglewood Homes, Map 13C Parcel 28-C10, SE 10-3560. Demolition of existing dwelling and construction of a new dwelling, pool, patio & Title 5 sewage disposal system. 

20 Jericho Lane, Mark Lebovitz, Map 10B Parcel B2, SE 10-3541. Removal of existing pier & relocation & reconstruction of a new pier. Applicant has requested to continue indefinitely.  

470 Shore Road, James Eisenstein, Map 15A Parcel A8, SE 10-3554. Proposed rock revetment reconstruction, vertical & lateral extension, fiber rolls & associated site improvements. Applicant has requested a continuance to July 27, 2022. 

The following applicant has requested a Plan Change: 

146 Strong Island Road, Chris Dittrich, Map 13M Parcel 42-C45, SE 10-3530. Elimination of all the fill in the flood area, replaced the porch at the rear of the dwelling with a smaller deck and a set of stairs, replaced the proposed pool patio with a timber deck, reconfigured the driveway to remove the looped driveway, added a containment wall for the leaching facility, added an I/A treatment unit to the sewage system, and updated the coverage and mitigation calculation tables. 

12 Mistover Lane, Gene Brown, Map 17C Parcel 4-46, SE 10-3540. Plan revision to locate the sewage disposal leaching area at a position that is at closest 76 feet from the top of the coastal bank. This sewage disposal system leaching area will replace a cesspool that is currently located approximately 42 feet from the top of the coastal bank.
