The Barre Planning Board will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 7:00 p.m. in the Henry Woods Municipal Building, 40 West Street,  3rd Floor, requested by American Tower, and LD Acquisition Company, LLC/Breitenwischer, James K. & Kelly L., holder of option, for a special Permit/Eligible Facilities Request for the modification of an existing wireless communication facility by collocating Verizon Wireless’ wireless facility which includes an emergency backup power generator on a proposed concrete pad within a vinyl fence with noise reduction equipment, the same design as previously approved at property located at 937 Hubbardston Road, Assessors Map F, Lot 79 and recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds Book 68695, Page 39.  

(2)The Barre Planning Board will hold public hearing on Tuesday, December 17, 2024 at 7:30 p.m. in the Henry Woods Municipal Building, 40 West Street, Boards’ Office, 3rd Floor, requested by LLC assignee Sally Ann Kingsbury Revocable Trust for a special permit for an audio and video recording studio for property located at 499 Vernon Avenue, Assessors Map H, Lot 52 and recorded with the Worcester District Registry of Deeds Book 67145, Page 251 and 252.
