In accordance with the provisions of M.G.L. Chapter 30A, Section 20, notice is hereby given that the Planning Board will meet on Tuesday, March 12, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., in Town Hall Meeting Room 124.

Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person at One Liberty Lane, Norfolk, MA or by the remote zoom connection provided. Please note that the in-person meeting will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the remote connection.

PUBLIC HEARINGS:
•	7:00 p.m. – 90, 92, 96, 100, 100R Pond Street and 12 Sharon Avenue Solar Project-Site Plan Modification & Stormwater Management Permit (cont’d from 2/13/24)
•	7:30 p.m.  – Public Hearing to discuss proposed changes to the NORFOLK ZONING BYLAWS which have been submitted to the warrant for the 5/15/2024 Annual Town Meeting:
1.	To see if the Town of Norfolk will vote to amend Norfolk Zoning Bylaw Section 310-8.3 Affordable housing development by deleting it in its entirety and replacing it the following new language.
2.	 To see if the Town of Norfolk will vote to amend the Norfolk Zoning Bylaw by adding the following new Section 310-8.5	Town Hill/Pondville MBTA Communities Multi-family Overlay District.
•	7:45 p.m. – 9 (Lot 20) Shire Drive – Site Plan Application, Stormwater Mangagement Permit, Earth Removal Permit, & Special Permit to allow outdoor storage greater than 1,000 sf. for proposed construction of a 11,900 s.f. Contractor’s Headquarters Building.
•	8:00 p.m. – 11 (Lot 19) Shire Drive – Site Plan Application, Stormwater Mangagement Permit, & Earth Removal Permit for proposed construction of a 7,500 s.f. Contractor’s Headquarters Building.
