6:05 Approval of minutes from November 16. 
6:15 Computer Workshop: For members who are willing and do not have a Gmail account, we’ll work as a group with you to help you create a new Gmail account and go over some Gmail basics.
6:45 Closeout some Historic Resources accounts:
Closed Historic Preservation of Cemeteries: $7900.29
Closed Preserve the Structural King Post at the Town Hall: $9025.00
Still open: Documentation of Historic Buildings: $2737.50
Still open: Lightning Protection System at Town Hall: $8590
Create a new OC/Rec Report to the State to open up funding for Future Projects:
Renovate the playing field at the school
Create an outdoor classroom in the woods next to the playing field
Work with the Planning Board on the Village Center project which may include the vacant lot on 4 S. Valley Rd.
