a. 6:30pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 2235, 5330, 5400, 4400 and 4700 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold the continuance of the virtual Public Hearing, regarding a Special Permit application for 207 Daniel Shays Unit C, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 252, Lot 59) in Zone B by applicant ZP 2020-008 LLC, 10 E Worcester Street, Suite 3A, Worcester, MA 01604 and property owner George Hunt/Hunt Family Trust, 56 Magoon Road, Orange, MA 01364 for: construction of a solar energy storage system along with applicable access, drainage and electrical improvements.
b. Long Range Comprehensive Plan (aka Master Plan)- review of MGL Chapter 41 Section 81D; formation of subcommittee and overview of timeline for the year.
c. Review next steps in Zoning Grant work and Zoning bylaw revisions in progress. Timeline for working meetings.
d. Updates from Community Development- Walker Powell
