d) 2024 Citizen Planners Training Collaborative (CPTC) Annual Conference, March 16, 2024 at Holy Cross, Worcester  

e) Growing Solar, Protecting Nature presentation presented by Harvard Forest, March 5, 2024, 6-7:30pm 

f) Review of Current BPCD Appointment for the Capital Planning Committee

Anticipated Upcoming Meetings: Topics for next regular committee meeting date (Wednesday, March 6, 2024) discussed: public hearings for potential new permit applications and other topics planned for discussion. Board discussion on potential alternative meeting location from Room #21 (e.g. Virtual, via Zoom or at a larger meeting venue as needed).
