Agenda: | The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on Tuesday, February 21, 2023. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.
This meeting of the Conservation Commission will be held in-person at the location provided in this notice. Members of the public are welcome to attend this in-person meeting. Remote access to the meeting will be available. Details for remote access are on the Commission's webpage at https://www.essexma.org/conservation-commission. Please note that while an option for remote attendance and participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting and/or hearing(s) will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast, unless otherwise required by law. 7:40 PM Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Essex for proposed in-kind repairs of two existing stone piers and reconstruction of existing stone masonry access steps at 0 Conomo Point (Map 108, Lot 073).
7:55 PM Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Essex for proposed modernization of the well houses including expansion of the structure for Well #1 and installation of a retaining wall for Well #2 at 44 Centennial Grove Rd.
8:10 PM Public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by the Town of Essex for proposed reconstruction/widening of approximately 850’ of roadway including installation of an 80’ retaining wall and replacement of the culvert at Apple St/Southern Ave to 129 Apple St.
