AGENDA – OPEN SESSION

•	Review of Final Annual Town Meeting Motions
•	Placemaking Grant Status Update

OTHER BUSINESS:
•	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
•	Vote to exempt from Section 20 of Chapter 268A of the General Laws, the contracts and amounts for the individuals listed below contained within the 04/20/2023 warrant pursuant to subsection (d) of said Section.

•	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s April 24, 2023, Open Meeting.
•	Ratify the Town Administrator’s signature of a Reserve Fund Transfer request to address voids found under the large stone pier at Conomo Point during ongoing renovation work.
•	Ratify the Chairman’s signature of the Property, Liability, and Workers’ Compensation insurance renewal forms for FY 2024.
•	Ratify the Town Administrator’s signature, on behalf of the Chairman, of a contract for landscaping maintenance services for seventeen downtown Essex public spaces.
•	Continued discussion concerning the March 8, 2023 notice from the Manchester Essex Regional School District with respect to the School Committee’s March 7, 2023 vote to authorize debt for the replacement of turf fields, including possible legal update concerning the ramifications of not having a Town Meeting vote on the matter within 60 days of being notified of the District’s intent to borrow.
