23-043 Matthew Spencer – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace a window at 71 Enterprise Drive. 

23-046 Fleur F. Jones Revocable Trust/c/o Scott D. Morris – Ratification of Certificate of Administrative Approval to replace the roof on the structure located at 483 Main Street.

23-047 Turner-Veach Nominee Trust/c/o David Veach – Ratification of Certificate of Exemption to repair the front of the structure located at 484 Main Street.
