The Conservation Commission will hold a public meeting under the Massachusetts Wetlands Protection Act, M.G.L. Chapter 131, Section 40 on Tuesday, May 16, 2023 at 7:15 PM. The meeting will be held at Town Hall, 30 Martin Street in the 2nd Floor Stage Conference Room.

7:30 PM Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Pike Marine Inc to remove an existing shed and replace with a similar structure at 80 Main Street.

7:40 PM Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Scott DeWitt to remove an existing quonset hut at 82 Main St

7:50 PM Public hearing on a Request for Determination of Applicability filed by Ken Symonds to remove and replace an existing shed, tree removal, replanting and debris removal at land known as 0 Burnham Court (Map 128, Lot 139)

8:00 PM Continued public hearing on a Notice of Intent filed by John Coughlin of PMC Realty Trust/Gateway Realty Trust to repair of a 40’ section of an existing retaining wall at 73 Eastern Ave
