This meeting will be conducted in-person, with the public welcome, but will also be made available to the public via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via two-way Video Call (with the option to show yourself on video or not and with the option to use a phone to call in, for two-way audio-only). Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.

AGENDA – OPEN SESSION

6:00 p.m.	Call to Order. 

6:05 p.m.	Public Hearing regarding the proposed transfer of an Annual All Alcohol Restaurant License from AuroraGray, Inc. d/b/a The Ripple to Catch Grille, Inc., d/b/a Shipyard Tavern.

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period December 16, 2023 through January 5, 2024, regarding the following:  
•	Revision of Town Administrator Goals for Calendar Year 2024
•	Clarification of Public Safety Building Repair Engineering Proposal
•	Process for Hiring a New Town Planner
•	Manchester Essex Regional School District Operations Review Update
•	Final Review of Selectmen’s FY25 Operating & Capital Budget Requests
•	Preliminary List of Possible Annual Town Meeting Topics

OTHER BUSINESS:
•	Approve the weekly warrant in the amount of $.
•	Approve the minutes for the Selectmen’s December 18, 2023, Open Meeting.
•	Vote to accept a donation in the amount of $1,000.00 from Allsopp Design to the Police Gift Account.
•	Vote to accept a donation in the amount of $100.00 from Louis Constantine to the Police Gift Account.
•	Update concerning natural gas supply rates.
•	Consider the possible release of Executive Session minutes regarding the Public Safety Building roof for the following dates:  12/12/2022, 1/9/2023, 4/10/2023, and 8/7/2023.
•	Discuss the Board’s preference with respect to the posting of agendas and minutes on the Town website and the My Town Government website.
•	Ratify the Chairman’s signature of a Volunteer Fire Assistance (VFA) Program Grant Application in the amount of $3,000.
•	Consider a request from Gayle McKinley to close the Wine & Malt Package Store at Sheas Riverside Inn & Motel for maintenance from January 4 through March 31, 2024.
•	Consider a request from Lindsay Bergeron to close the Riversbend from January 1 through late April 2024.
•	Ratify the Board’s approval of a request by JT Farnhams to close for renovations and cleaning from December 31st through February 29, 2024.
•	Items that could not be reasonably anticipated by the Open Meeting Law posting deadline.

REMINDERS:
•	The Board will attend a special public forum offered by the Finance Committee (Tax Talk:  How your Money Fuels our Town!) on Thursday, January 11, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. in the Town Hall Auditorium.
•	The next regular Board of Selectmen’s meeting will take place on Monday, January 22 2024, at 6:00 p.m. in the 3rd floor auditorium of the Town Hall, 30 Martin Street.
