3.)	Sign Real Estate and CPA exemptions, February 2025
4.)	Approve department bills.
5.)	Assign street number to 4 new lots, Worcester Registry of Deeds Plan Book 982/16, Map 35 Lot 11D, Timothy & Michelle Leslie owners
6.)	Assign street number to Parcel 8-5 Burnshirt Road, Owners Patrick & Alison Mercer. Request is from Mike Krygowski who says he has an agreement to purchase.
7.)	Update from Chairman regarding meeting with Finance Committee
