The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Exception 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (Town Administrator) and will return to open session to further conduct its regular business meeting.

Consideration of an Application for a one-day Special Pouring License submitted by David Jamallo of Iemmallo Wine Cellars to be utilized at 19 Carter on February 15, 2025
Consideration of a Change of Officers Application submitted by Interstate Theaters Corporation, 591 Donald Lynch Blvd 
Rental 1870 Request for Rental Waiver
Discuss creation of remote participation policy that would apply to all local public bodies in the Town (review and comment Remote Work Policy Lexington and Maynard Remote Participation policies)
Discussion regarding contacting Town Counsel (existing process review)
Discussion Flag Pole/Flag - Town/Church property
Discussion Town Owned Clock - First Parish Church
Discuss/Input from all other Town Departments and Committees for possible draft letter to State Legislature for extension of ability to make hybrid meetings permanent
