Discussion of Old Highway Barn
What currently exists in Old Highway Barn:
COA Van, Crack seal machine, pavement roller on trailer, wood for the transfer station project, fabric roll for the transfer station project, portable water tank, backhoe bucket, concrete basin blocks, 2 lawn mowers, pipe, 1 Generator, wood for conservation fence, leftover vinyl siding

Consideration of a Special Event Application for a Recreation Committee Sponsored Ice Skating Event utilizing the Town Pond on February 2
Consideration of a Change of Officers Application submitted by Interstate Theaters Corporation, 591 Donald Lynch Blvd
Discussion/Possible Vote to consider the Board Delegate it’s Authority to Enforce Berlin General Town Bylaw Article 6, Section 4 to Highway Superintendent Fred Cummings.

8.	EXECUTIVE SESSION 
The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21 (a) The Board will enter an executive session under Massachusetts General Law Chapter 30A, Section 21(a), Exception 2, to conduct strategy sessions in preparation for negotiations with nonunion personnel (Town Administrator)

And will return to open session after only to adjourn the meeting.
