Open meeting of April 30, 2024
Pursuant to Governor Healey’s March 29, 2023 signing of the Acts of 2023 extending certain COVID-19 measures adopted during the State of Emergency suspending certain provisions of the Open Meeting Law, G.L. c. 30A Section 20 until March 31, 2025 this meeting of the Chatham Board of Assessors is for participation in person.

EXECUTIVE SESSION - MGL Chapter 30A Section 21a #7 and MGL Chapter 59 Section 60
The Board of Assessors will vote to go into Executive Session which will enter into under MGL Chapter 30A Section 21a #7 and to comply with MGL Chapter 59 Section 60 to review and approve abatements, exemptions and other related business. The Board will exit executive session and not return to open meeting.
