Opening of Meeting- Due to COVID 19, and pursuant to Governor Baker's March 12, 2020 Order Suspending Certain Provisions of the Open Meeting Law, and subsequent extensions of this law until March 31, 2023, this meeting will be conducted via teleconference. III. Scheduled appointments
a. 6:30pm In accordance with Ch.40A, Sec.11 of Mass. General Laws, and Section 2235, 5330, 5400, 4400 and 4700 of the Orange Zoning Bylaws, the Planning Board will hold the continuance of the virtual Public Hearing, regarding a Special Permit application for 207 Daniel Shays Unit C, Orange, MA 01364 (Map 252, Lot 59) in Zone B by applicant ZP 2020-008 LLC, 10 E Worcester Street, Suite 3A, Worcester, MA 01604 and property owner George Hunt/Hunt Family Trust, 56 Magoon Road, Orange, MA 01364 for: construction of a solar energy storage system along with applicable access, drainage and electrical improvements.
IV. Working Session- This is a working session. The public is free to observe but no comment will be taken from the public during this session. Public comment will be reserved for Open time for the Public later in the meeting.
