1. Call to Order by Linda Langevin
2. Approve Meeting Minutes from May 25, 2023
Old Business
4. Report from Carla Charter who had notified the CPC that she had contacted the Massachusetts Ethics Commission regarding possible conflict of interest concerns with the CPC and her job as a paid history journalist.

New Business
5. Discuss the need for an amendment to the town bylaws to change the mandatory CPC member size from 9 to 5 and how best to arrange this. 
Hand out Linda’s previous research on this subject. No need to go to BOS. Ask town council and/or the Community Preservation Coalition for help in wording our proposed article to amend the town’s bylaw.

6. Discuss planning an annual CPC public hearing informing and inviting the public to apply for a CPC grant. How can we encourage interest in community housing?

7. Discuss the future of Phillipston’s CPC and organization of officers.
