PUBLIC HEARING:
Public Hearings pursuant to M.G.L. Chapter 40A Section 5. – Adoption or Change of Zoning Ordinances or Bylaws: 

Citizens’ Petition: Amend the Protective Zoning Bylaw to specifically allow Tent Camping within the Municipal Conservancy District. - The Town of Chatham Scouts (Girls Scouts, Boys Scouts, Cub Scouts) desire to reopen the camping area West of Goose Pond. Unfortunately, this has been unused and requires compliance with the Zoning Bylaw that does not specifically allow for the use. The proposed amendment will better align with the Town of Chatham Rules Governing Use of Land under Conservation Commission Control that allows for Tent Camping on the property.

APPROVAL NOT REQUIRED:
1533 Main Street/Randall-Bodman, Trustee/Estate of Jos. Buckley/Down Cape Eng./Proposed Creation of Two (2) Lots.

SITE PLAN APPROVAL:
Pre-Application
1260 Main Street/Gardner/TPJ Restaurant Group, LLC/ESE, LLC/Proposed Addition of storage and shed at rear of property, addition of fence by rear dumpster, addition of handicap ramp at rear of property, revision of front entrance and handicamp ramp.

RELEASE OF COVENANT/BOND/STATEMENT OF CONDITIONS:
279 Crowell Road/Carlton/Riley/Requested Release of Covenant (Cont. from 3/14/2022).

RECOMMENDATION TO ZONING BOARD:
37 Clam Shell/DeMartin Dunham Builders LLC/Au Real Estate Trust/ driveway in Conservancy District

ENDORSEMENT OF PLANS:
79 Forest Beach Road//Perrault/East-Southeast, LLC/Proposed two (2) lot subdivision of land.
