This meeting will be conducted in-person, with the public welcome, but will also be made available to the public via remote participation to the greatest extent possible. Members of the public who wish to listen to and/or view the meeting may do so via two-way Video Call (with the option to show yourself on video or not and with the option to use a phone to call in, for two-way audio-only). Please note that while an option for remote attendance and/or participation is being provided as a courtesy to the public, the meeting/hearing will not be suspended or terminated if technological problems interrupt the virtual broadcast or its quality, unless otherwise required by law. Members of the public with particular interest in any specific item on this agenda should make plans for in-person versus virtual attendance accordingly.

AGENDA – OPEN SESSION

6:00 p.m.	Call to Order. 

6:01 p.m.	Meet jointly with the Planning Board to consider nominations for new Planning Board members and to vote with the remaining members of the Planning Board on appointing successors to Skip Crocker and to Kim Drake, who both resigned from the Planning Board effective December 8, 2022; all in accordance with Section 11 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws.

6:30 p.m.	Town Planner Dana Menon and Economic Development Committee Chair Jodi 
Harris to discuss the Town's plan for an off-season event to be funded using a 
recent Urban Agenda Grant award.  Possible vote to authorize the Chairman to 
sign any remaining Urban Agenda Grant paperwork and to enter into a contract 
with Civic Space Collaborative for the planning of the event and for technical 
assistance associated with a related Massachusetts Downtown Initiative Grant. 

Brendhan Zubricki:  Presentation of his Town Administrator’s Report for the period November 12, 2022 through November 25, 2022, regarding the following: 

•	Procurement of Improvements to the Town Transfer Station
•	Process for the Purchase of the 30 Apple Street Property
•	Sale of Town-owned Vacant Lots in the Gregory Island Neighborhood
•	Community Planning Grant Update
•	Potential Use of Remaining Seawall Grant Funds for Stone Piers
•	Downtown Decorative Lighting Project Update
•	Potential Grant for Electric Vehicle Charging Stations
