Review minutes from Monday, June 13, 2022. Motion to accept by 2nd, all in favor.
Ratify Library Payroll FY22 warrants dated June 23, and 30, FY23 July 7, 21, August 4 and 18, September 1, 2022.
Ratify Library Expense FY22 warrants dated June 23, and 30, FY23 July 7, 21, August 4 and 18, September 1, 2022.
Ratify Library Utilities FY22 warrants dated June 23, and 30, FY23 July 7, 21, August 4 and 18, September 1, 2022.
Ratify Library State Aid for 18 Common Street, dated June 23, and 30,
Ratify 18 Common Street Expenses FY23 July 7, 21, August 4 and 18, September 1, 2022.
Ratify Library Books FY22 warrants dated June 23, and 30, FY23 July 7, 21, August 4 and 18, September 1, 2022.
Motion to approve to ratify all payments by , 2nd, all voted in favor.
Library
Jack Mahan, from Amherst repaired the slate roof the week of July 15 to Saturday, July 23. Advanced Energy Concepts repaired the HVAC system, recommended by Matt Bansfield, on Thursday, August 11, in 30 minutes the system was working again. $170.00 for time and replacement of capacitor.
ARIS MBLC signature page has been submitted. Brenda is working on the Financial Report for MBLC. Deadline is October.
Summer reading programs was very popular with our patrons, and more teens participated due to Kate bringing scratch tickets and a raffle into play just for the teens. We saw an increase of the families participating under age 11 from last year.
Library Annex
A draft of a Meeting room policy is available for review and to be updated and edited at our September meeting.
Matt and I will schedule Advanced Energy Concepts for replacing the hot water heater. Matt will purchase at Home Depot and get reimbursed through 18 Common Street expense.
Gutter cleaning will be scheduled this fall before Thanksging on both buildings, @$500 each.
