7. A discussion on possibly adding more lot markers to identify additional lots for selling purposes.
8. Discuss options/resources for additional money to repair damaged headstones that will allow the cemetery department to preserve our historical cemeteries. (CPA Money)
9. Discuss J.R. Newberry's letter regarding historical graves
10. Discuss Mrs. Bradford's request to leave the headstone as is, in Lot # 497/Seaside expansion.
11. Discuss options that will prohibit vehicles to park in Seaside Expansion during baseball games at Veterans field, July 4th., and other events.
13. Discuss granting approval to Joan & Chester Mohr, that will enable them to transfer lot numbers 397, 398, & 399 in Union Cemetery for lot #'s 310, 333, & 334, also in Union Cemetery expansion.
14. Schedule a date to draft a revised Rules and Regulations which would include, but not limited to specific guidelines within certain sections of the cemeteries, i.e. directions of headstones, Cremations only, Flat grave markers only, etc.
15. A special thank you to all the volunteers, who have helped to improve the Chatham cemeteries.
