Updated Warrant submitted March 29, to include bat relocation, the amount $25,000 was not increased. No town-appointed organizations will meet in the Annex until after ADA updates are complete.

Brenda handed out new policies to look at for the May meeting. (these 4 policies are the final policies–for now!) Acknowledgement of Materials Donations, Deed of Gift Form, Local History and Special Collection Policy, Local History Collection Development Policy. These will be handed out at this meeting, they are not in the original packet.
The FY, Fiscal Year Budget for 2025 was due on Thursday, Feb. 1 Brenda met with the Advisory Committee, Thursday, March 21, they recommended a cut from the Library Assistant Line of $5,177.94.
Upcoming Library events:
Miss Shanna will hold her “Preschool Program'' every Friday from 11:30 a,m, to 12:00 p.m. This program is funded by the Jeppson Grant.
The Chess Club will meet every Friday from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.
Alison O’Leary will present The Best Small Museums in Massachusetts, Thursday, May 2, at 6:00 p.m.
Library Annex:
Painting estimates are needed for FY25 budget, the barn and north side of the house need painting. Brenda is now beginning the process.
Brenda will be looking for estimates for bat removal in the Annex, several bats are hibernating in the attic of both buildings.
Grant writing to assess the ADA requirements, and Pioneer Valley grant for community anchor property on the Historic Register, 18 Common Street.
Next meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 1 at 6:30 pm, at 2 Lincoln Street.
